RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Once the order is confirmed, you must proceed to make the corresponding payment. We have three payment options, Transfer to our Bancolombia account or we can send you a link via Pay U or PayPal.
The shipping and return is free to all of Colombia. Outside of Colombia, shipping and returns are quoted according to the country and destination via FedEx.
Once the payment is confirmed, your order will be shipped during the following 3 business days. The shipment may take 8 days to reach your delivery address, we recommend that you pay attention once we send you the transport tracking guide.
You have 20 days to make claims for shipping not corresponding to your purchase request and reimbursement request for size, concept and quality.
We recommend for returns to deliver the garments in the same conditions in which they were delivered, unused, with the original tags, label and packaging. We send you a gift of a postcard or poster to keep you as a souvenir.
We recommend you follow our washing instructions, neutral soap, gentle cycle and on the wrong side of the garment. They are mostly natural fibers and must be treated with greater care to ensure that they have a long life.
We reserve the right to deny refunds if returned merchandise does not meet the requirements of our return policies.
Discounted items are final sales with no refunds.

ONLINE RETURN POLICY
– You can return any item within 20 days of receipt. Within Colombia, the return is free. We do not refund money
– Before returning any item, contact us by email at [email protected] or by phone at (+57) 321 224 5904
– All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging and must be unworn.

– We will contact you when your return has been received and processed.
– Within Colombia we offer free repairs to adjust your products in our workshop in Medellín and to defective products for up to 6 months after purchase. Email us at [email protected] for repair inquiries. We will evaluate the defect and try to help you.
– Within Colombia we will send your order within 3-8 business days after payment approval. * product subject to stock
-We will contact you to let you know the transport guide number.
– For international shipments, costs may vary depending on weight, size and distance. We can calculate via FEDEX before shipping.
– You must pay the shipment with its respective tax and import duties in accordance with the local regulations of your country at the time of delivery of your order. The amount of taxes and duties to be paid will be different depending on the country.

– If you do not want to do it through Mercado Pago, we can arrange a manual offline payment (not online) according to the instructions we give you at the time of check out (approve the purchase).
PREORDER – RESERVATION
-Religare is an ethical brand that seeks to produce responsibly, that is why we have a reservation system for some garments.
-Within each description of the products selected for reservation on our website, you will find a message that says | available to reserve |, once you add it to your cart, we will contact you to confirm the reservation and delivery times according to the article RELIGARE.
-We have between 8 to 16 days to make your basic product and deliver it to you finished. And between 16-30 days to make your Artisan product and make it to order.
(Please note that all of our products are individually handcrafted by our team and artisans, therefore some of them cannot be shipped immediately. Sometimes we may need additional time to fulfill orders and in this case we will contact you guys).
